You can play VanRO by downloading client patch in the Download section of
the website. If you have KRO and SAKRAY installed, simply download the patch
"light". If you do have nothing, or you get error messages during the game,
then download the full version!
Make sure you have the lastest patch/server files installed!
1. If you still crashing after patching, try to patch it again.
Delete the file neoncube.file in your ragnarok online folder
and open back the Play VanRO file of the patch 10. And update again one more
time.
2. if the problem still there, please open sakray.exe and update it fully too.
3. If again, it's not working, please install the FULL VERSION of vanro in the
download section of the website, and do step 1 and 2 again.

NO! This is illegal, not only you are not helping VanRO, but you are not
helping yourself. The player who sold you the item could scam you by requesting
gm to get item back because he said he got hacked. We would 100% believe him
because he trade nothing against those items. You will lose your items, lose
your money and you time if you buy item. Also you will lose the items if server
wipe. Better donate to server and make it live forever!
Please contact an admin to get help, people who trying to scam GM by saying
they got scam could get banned forever. We are helping players if we can, but
please they need to be trustable or we won't recover any item in the future.
